What do you guys think about this site?
When I check how many calories I burned each day and all that is sure is an awful lot.
I know LAM is a consistent person who checks that site out all the time. What do you think LAM?
i personally have never tried it as i dont really see what it does.. i can add calories up from the nutrition facts on a product
i know im bulking so i eat 20 x lbs for my total calories so i just eat that and go about my day
The food content seems accurate to me. I can not vouch for the calories burned part because I have not used it.

yea I just use it to plan and tally up my calories for the day. I dont bother with the calories burned.

What do you think about calorie expenditure?
The calorie expendature thing is bunk. Everyone is different. Just use the calorie counting and macro portion, it's good

there are too many variable regarding caloric expendature...
as long as your estimating extra cals for extra activity your fine...
