Video clip of my cutting phase

This video was taken a while ago this summer while I was doing my keto diet. Simply clicking on it won't work, you'll need to save it to your hard drive first by right clicking on it then click 'save as' then open it from explorer. voila!

Damn you were pretty ripped. What were your stats?

    How I saved it:

Right click>Save target as>sinep.wma>Open in Windows Media Player

    lookin good.
"It is often said, mainly by the "no-contests", that although there is no positive evidence for the existence of God, nor is there evidence against his existence. So it is best to keep an open mind and be agnostic. At first sight that seems an unassailable position, at least in the weak sense of Pascal's wager. But on second thought it seems a cop-out, because the same could be said of Father Christmas and tooth fairies. There may be fairies at the bottom of the garden. There is no evidence for it, but you can't prove that there aren't any, so shouldn't we be agnostic with respect to fairies?"

    Richard Dawkins

"Out of all of the sects in the world, we notice an uncanny coincidence: the overwhelming majority just happen to choose the one that their parents belong to. Not the sect that has the best evidence in its favour, the best miracles, the best moral code, the best cathedral, the best stained glass, the best music: when it comes to choosing from the smorgasbord of available religions, their potential virtues seem to count for nothing, compared to the matter of heredity. This is an unmistakable fact; nobody could seriously deny it. Yet people with full knowledge of the arbitrary nature of this heredity, somehow manage to go on believing in their religion, often with such fanaticism that they are prepared to murder people who follow a different one."

My sig is just a quote I caught on late TV, doesn't mean anything and I'm too lazy to change it. Marc is my name, say it sounds gay again and I'll send Tryska after you. Sinep is penis backward, location -> in Marc's pants. *forced laugh* I guess it was funny 2 years ago when I registered. Too lazy to change that one too.

You look way good, I am impressed by the width and thickness of your back, and your upperback is way good, the muscles right under the neck look impressive, your triceps looks good and thick, your arms looks like they got some full good size, it is in my opinion that your lats and triceps are your best bodyparts, so train the hell out of them and make them gonourmus before your next contest!
A big thanks to all my friends in the USA, I am deeply grateful for your hospitality and kindness.

"Test all things; hold fast what is good.": 1 Thessalonians 5:21

"I do not understand what I do. For what I want to do I do not do, but what I hate I do. And if I do what I do not want to do, I agree that the law is good. As it is, it is no longer I myself who do it, but it is sin living in me. I know that nothing good lives in me, that is, in my sinful nature. For I have the desire to do what is good, but I cannot carry it out. For what I do is not the good I want to do; no, the evil I do not want to do--this I keep on doing. Now if I do what I do not want to do, it is no longer I who do it, but it is sin living in me that does it.
So I find this law at work: When I want to do good, evil is right there with me. For in my inner being I delight in God's law; but I see another law at work in the members of my body, waging war against the law of my mind and making me a prisoner of the law of sin at work within my members. What a wretched man I am! Who will rescue me from this body of death? Thanks be to God--through Jesus Christ our Lord!"
