Thread: 12oz steak and Chicken breast?!?!?

    Does any one know or can any one even give me a guess of how many grams of protien are in a 12oz. steak. I know it may depend on what kind of steak and how lean it is but just an idea....also what about a regular size chicken breast? Thanks for ur help

    4 oz raw beef = ~35 g
    1 chicken breast = ~30 g
