    Shirt assist ??

    I hear a lot of stuff about clothing/shirts while benchpressing..

    anyone want to shed some light on that for me ??

    am i wearing the wrong shirt for benchpress ??

    In powerlifting you can wear a tight polyester/denim shirt that is made to take pressure off of your shoulders and pecs and allow you to lift some more weight. Unless your going into a powerlifting meet or have excisting shoudler/pec injuries i wouldn't bother getting one

    I thought there were advantages/disadvantages had to do with sweating/cooling of your body..
