i know that you can work out abs, calves.
although today i also heard that forearms can be included as well as traps?

also what type of muscle is that called, where you can work it out daily.
There are no such muscles. Abs, calves, forearms, whatever, should all be worked the same as any other muscle 1-3 times per week depending on goals and intensity.

some times i do wrist curls everyday and it doesnt bother me, acually its made my forearms more thicker

definately NOT calves... when i work mine out.. they're sore for alomst a week..
not traps, they will be nice and sore too
abs will be sore too if you work them hard
even if they're not sore though, they're still broken down, and need to rebuild before you break them down again.
