getting back into the routine
i just started working out again after being away for 2 months in the summer. I started off with my chest/back routine but on very very low weights to get my body used to the motions again. Well even still, from doing BP and incline DP, my rotator cuffs are sore one day later. Is this usual? or should my rotators not be sore at all?
I remember in the past that i had a problem doing incline DP. I would always seem to put excess stress on my shoulders and leave the chest feeling unworked. Even after following instructions i still can't seem to do it in the proper way and i seem to have repeated history.
anyone have any advice?
Stop doing incline bench press, if it hurts your shoulders.
