    It's good to write everything down on this board for people to see, but don't think it'll be here forever.

    I use lotus organiser to record everythign I do, what I take in, what time I take it in, what time I train, etc. Then I save it all on a floppy just incase my puter crashes I'll always have it. It's not somethign you should do jsut for a precontest but everyday. Ever wonder why you haven't made gains in the past 2-3 motnhs, well, look back on how you were doing... If you want a copy of lotus office I may be able to burn one for ya for 10 bucks, for postage.

    Totally agree. I keep a hardcopy in a journal, and I also transfer it to my PC when I have time. I'll send mine out for $9. J/K.
