Hi, I just recently decided to get into going to the gym.
I'm 20, 5'11, 166 pounds, I have no idea what percent body fat I have.
Anyhow, my goal is to get stronger, larger, and eventually more cut up....I have no idea if these happen in any order or whatnot, that's just what I'd like to achieve. Can anyone help me by giving me a good training program? Detailed, please. Any advice or tips you can give would be great, as well....
