    good nutrition books?

    I'm looking for some good books on nutrition etc... Just wanna know what books contain some good information. Just write down the full name of the book if you know any so I can find it in a library.
    current weight: 135 approx.

    Dave Draper's book is a good read, although its not all that scientific. And ive heard good things about the NHE book and Lyle Mcdonald's "The Ketogenic Diet"

    Yeah "Natural Horomonal Enhancement" is a great book I think.
