    Wide grip Pulldowns
    95kgx7dropped 70kgx8 dropped 50kgx10

    Close Grip seated rows
    95kgx8, 90kgx10

Ok, I was just about to settle in and do my second set on the seated rows some guy in his mid 30's or so comes over and askes me for a spot. So I oblige. He lacked intensity, and basically I gave him enough motivation to push himself further than he has ever done before. When he finished he responded by saying "Were you ever in the Army", I reply "No, but you can see why nobody in here wants to train with me"

    BB Shrugs
180kgx10 followed by a static hold
180kgx5 followed by a static hold

    Ez- bar curls
    42.5kgx6
    37.5kgx7

    Plus abs and obliques.

I've heard through the grapevine that you're being referred to as "Mad Bastard franco" by the gym regulars.

Just move in with Dan, he won't mind.

And wow, someone is still doing zerchers. I remember when they were 'all the rage' here at wbb for a while, I never did try them though, maybe I should some day.
