Not bad at all dude. Gotta love the way you took those pics of your legs standing up on the side of the bathtub

Solid base you got going. Your shoulders are nice and wide, your traps look pretty good and your chest is starting to come in. You still need a little more mass throughout your whole chest.

Your quads look in good proportion to the rest of your body. Calves look especially good.

Just stick with it....you will be a large one.

Agree, you look great, just the chest seems a bit behind. Awesome though! Nice work

I agree with the rest. I think from the pic that the legs and calves are you best attributes as of right now. The things that I do see you could work on are your chest(as everyone has stated) I think from the front view that you should work on your lats. I would also hit your shoulders alittle harder in my opinion but who the hell am I.

I think that you are looking pretty good but the chest is holding you back.

Thanks for the comments and criticism everyone, really appreciated!!!

What can I do for chest to improve?
Currently I do chest once a week, here's my routine.

    Incline bb press 3x8
    Flat db press 2x8
    Reverse cable x-over 2x10

    I mix this up with
    flat bb press 3.8
    Incline db press 2.8
    Reverse cable x-over 2.10 or dips 2x10

Smoothie, how long have you been working out? I ask only because chest is sometimes very stubborn for some folks. Others get more of their delts involved than they should. Then, you got some (like I was) that had/have both those problems.

I don't see anything wrong with the chest routines you said you were doing. The only thing I might do would be to forget that cable crossover move for now and incorporate some dips and DB flies into your chest day. Also, make sure you roll your shoulders in and back before lying on the bench so your chest is really puffed up and doing all the work (and not your delts). Other than that......I can only tell you it takes time for some folks for chest to come around. It will though. Stick with it and be patient.

FYI....my chest resembled yours after even 2 years training but has finally responded some. Patience my friend.

    You're looking great. Beastly legs!
Your lats need work. Maybe a little in the chest too.

BennettBoy, I've been working out for maybe 4 years now, but being more serious in the last two. I'll try doing weighted dips instead of the x-overs and see how that is. Whats your chest routine like? Not sure if I should go lower reps, or what.

Thanks for the comments everyone, keep them coming!!

    good mass. work on chest.
"It is often said, mainly by the "no-contests", that although there is no positive evidence for the existence of God, nor is there evidence against his existence. So it is best to keep an open mind and be agnostic. At first sight that seems an unassailable position, at least in the weak sense of Pascal's wager. But on second thought it seems a cop-out, because the same could be said of Father Christmas and tooth fairies. There may be fairies at the bottom of the garden. There is no evidence for it, but you can't prove that there aren't any, so shouldn't we be agnostic with respect to fairies?"

    Richard Dawkins

"Out of all of the sects in the world, we notice an uncanny coincidence: the overwhelming majority just happen to choose the one that their parents belong to. Not the sect that has the best evidence in its favour, the best miracles, the best moral code, the best cathedral, the best stained glass, the best music: when it comes to choosing from the smorgasbord of available religions, their potential virtues seem to count for nothing, compared to the matter of heredity. This is an unmistakable fact; nobody could seriously deny it. Yet people with full knowledge of the arbitrary nature of this heredity, somehow manage to go on believing in their religion, often with such fanaticism that they are prepared to murder people who follow a different one."

    Smoothie,

The question that I have for you is , " Are you just going to 8 every time on your sets? Do you have the strength to keep pushing out more?" If so, then go to failure try that. I even mentioned to BennettBoy maybe some pre-exhaustion with isolating movements before compounds.

Try some drop sets or giant sets. Just some suggestions. I think that you look great, and that you could be a beast, just trying to help you get there.

I say hit your chest better, it's kinda small. For chest do this:

    Bench Press (flat)
    Incline Dumbell Press
    Flye's (dumbells)

Maybe add one more excersize their as well, Dips or something good. Do about 3 sets each for desired reps.
