    gained 10lbs now

Three weeks of bulking and so far 10 solid pounds. I have 2 weeks left and I am hoping I can get over 170lbs, I am at 165lbs up from 155lbs. My strenght has gone up as well. Feeling good and I can't wait to start cutting, that is one thing that comes easy for me.

Dang...10 lbs. in 3 weeks...and you are hoping for 5 more in 2 more weeks?

What in the heck are you eating LOL?

I was just hoping to gain 10 lbs. in 4 months. Of course gaining good weight seems hard for me.

Yeah you guys helped me a lot . It was all that extra steaks and flax oil. I don't know about begginers gains because I had been working for about four years before I broke my back and I had gained over 20lbs. It's just that I have been eating a lot and training hard.
