How long are your lifting sessions?

    Usually I take an hour.
When I do upper body only complete the following within an hour.
    bench (3 sets of 10)
    leg lifts ( 3 sets of 15)
lat pulls (3 sets of 10)
bi cep curls (3 sets of 10)

takes me about 15 mins each exercise. Am I taking too long?

60 minutes tops 9 out of 10 times. Only problem is if the gym is packed and I have to wait for a bench (on Mondays LOL). Everybody wants to bench on Mondays. Never see them again until next Monday.

Everyone does chest on mondays At the gym, the pecdecks and bench always have lines.(my reason for buying a home gym)

From warmup to finish takes me between 30-60 minutes depending on the day

Usually 45 - 60 minutes to do a HST full body routine consisting of about 16 sets. Time varies depending on the rep range being used. On the 15's, no less than an hour. On the 5's, no more than 45 mins.
    Also I workout at home.

45 - 60 minutes. My legs actually take a bit shorter, but are the most taxing.

Everyone on this site knows that I train for at least 5 hours per session. I perform at least 50 sets per bodypart with little to no rest in between. This has made me huuuuuggeee!

Ok, not quite. I use low volume and usually train for 20 min-1.5 hours.

Normally an hour or a bit more.

Though some of these crazy-ass high volume days have approached two hours.

My workouts rarely go over 30 minutes. Reasons being: I work out after hours and I've been doring a lot of circut training lately.

Usually 50 to 75 minutes, tops. Legs are done in split sessions -- 40 minutes for quads and hams, 40 minutes for calves.

BTW, this is a terrific board. Never thought I'd find one where the folks actually talk about training rather than drugs
