Usually I take an hour.
When I do upper body only complete the following within an hour.
bench (3 sets of 10)
leg lifts ( 3 sets of 15)
lat pulls (3 sets of 10)
bi cep curls (3 sets of 10)
takes me about 15 mins each exercise. Am I taking too long?
