Resting after workout!
I think I came across this topic before but I need some reminding. I know resting is crucial after a heavy workout however I workout on Monday mornings before work (due to opening hours at the gym which is closed in the afternoon and evening on Mondays) and then get the bus into town and sit at an office job for 9 hours which does not involve any heavy manual work. Its just the usual working on computers, on the phone, that sort of crap. Would not resting I mean lying down getting kip which I always do when I get home from evening workouts hamper my growth in any way? I hope this question does not sound stupid. What do you guys and of course gals do after your workouts.
When I said after a workout I meant after stuffing your self silly with protein of course.
Sitting in a chair is resting, unless you’re having office chair drag races. Going to work after your training will not negatively affect your gains.
