I deadlifted 320 conventional on saturday. No straps or anything... Next week its gonna be 325 or 330.

I wouldn't recommend doing heavy singles every week. You might want to try maxing every 6 or 8 weeks instead. I would personally stick to sets of 3 to 6 reps.
thats what i usually do... i guess next week ill do that. It was great doing that much though, its a rush. I think i will stick to low reps on these though 3-6 sounds good
I never get callouses under my index, am I normal ?
I hardly have any callouses there either. look at the pic... ring finger is the worst
