I know I would puke if I drank milk during my workout. Do you drink it now while working out?
If at first you don't succeed, take 5 lbs. off and try again.

I would say no. The idea behind taking supplements during a workout is to deliver the supplement/nutrients as fast as possible. Milk protein contains a high amount of casien protein which is a slow digesting protein, same way with the lactose in milk its slow digesting. Save milk to drink during rhe day.

either water or gatorade, Treetrunks nailed the reason to avoid the white stuff during working out, but drink it later in the day.
