What is a BTNPress? And what is a Tate Press?

It seems like you do chest every workout. You might want to review your routine. Just my opinion.

so what is the tate press. I think you should do legs on wednesday and then do the other upper body on friday, just a thought. you might see better results. hope its working for ya!!
Don't just call me pessimist. Try and read between the lines. I can't imagine why you wouldn't Welcome any change, my friend. I wanna see it all come down. suck it down. flush it down.

Not bad shredder, dont be too hard on yourself. The set date is January 1, 2003. Whoever has the highest bentover row wins. Generally between myself and HomeYield but you wanted in on it right?
