    Formula for max........

    Is there any kind of formula for figuring out your max on a given lift?? example - If you can do 250x3, what would you max be? Any ideas??
    If at first you don't succeed, take 5 lbs. off and try again.

    Thanks TMan. According to this I should be able to bench 300x1.5 (In theory) Now to put it to the test. Thanks again !

    The only equation that works:

    1RM=1RM

    Go lift it!
    Squats work better than supplements.
    "You know, if I thought like that, I'd never put more than one plate on the bar for anything, I'd never use bands or chains, I'd never squat to parallel or below, and I'd never let out the slightest grunt when I lift. At some point in your lifting career (assuming you're planning on getting reasonably strong and big), you're going to have to accept that most people think you are some kind of freak." -Sensei

    Mind over matter.... but if the MIND doesn't think you can do it, then it doesn't MATTER, the weight will not move. At least in my case... Trying to psych myself up... I KNOW I CAN, I KNOW I CAN !!!!!!!!!!!
