    two questions routine 3

    Should I wear a wieght belt on deadlifts, squats and standing military press? I heard they can weaken your back muscles?

    question 2: how the hell do you do a tricep dumbell close grip press??? I subed in skullcrushers
    I looked on this web site it shows correct form but I had no luck finding it.

    Deadlifts, squats and standing military press will strengthen your back muscles if done properly.

    *Not neccessary if you don't want to. Personally I like to use a weight belt for heavy squats and don't feel its necc for deads, and mil press. Go with how it feels for you.
