    180 to 195 & still bulking - progress pictures

    Ive been bulking for 7 weeks now and my weight has gone from 180 lbs to 195 im wanting to hit 210 ish then diet down early next year.

    Please could you let me know what you think!!

    Be honest please!! construtive critsim only!! No bull ****!! please!!

    Also please could you have a guess at my bodyfat as i am unsure!!

    I'd say 16% would be the highest it'll be. I'd say 14-16%.

    Im 23 years old been training for just over two years. im 5ft 10. I was 160 lbs when started, feel like i wasted alot of time in my 1st year learning about nutrition and training etc, ive made most of my gains this last year.

    I am natural and dont want to take steriods.

    I would say that 17-20% is approx right! do you guys think i shoud carry on bulking until after xmas then diet down to get my bodyfat lower.

    How low should i take my bodyfat and how many pounds will i need to lose???

    Here is my present Bulking Diet

    6am : 2scoops of mass protein & 3 scoops of oats.
    1 x multivit, 1 x evening primrose oil,

    9am : 40g whey protein drink & large low fat yoghurt.

    12pm : 2 x tuna sandwiches with low fat mayo on brown muffins. 1 x low fat crisps. 1 x vit C 1 x cod liver oil. 1 x breakfast bar

    3pm : : 2 x tuna sandwiches with low fat mayo on brown muffins. 1 x breakfast bar

    5pm : chicken or steak with rice or pasta

    7pm : 40g whey protein drink

    9pm : 40g whey protein drink with bowl of weetabix

    i am drinking as much water as possible. im taking 10g of l-glutamine a day and 5g of creatine.

    Please comment and provide any suggestions on ways to improve it.

    it is working but ive still got time to tweak it if i need to.

    From your diet it seems your taking too much whey powder. I mean 4 of your meals are coming from whey protein. Two meals are okay but your too dependent on that whey protein, focus on real meals.

    Try to get some olive oil in their too, your bulking dont be scared of fat.

    You look good. Do you squat? If not, make sure to start.
