My sister wants to lose some weight. She is about 5'5 and weighs around about 60-65kg. She is 16 years old. She does not weight train...and she may hit the cardio a little bit. How many calories should she consume daily?

Also...how many calories should I consume daily? I weigh 77kg at about 18-20%bf level. I'm bulking up at the moment. Usually I consume 3000-3500 calories. But sometimes I get carried away, like today, and I ate 4000calories. I've put on a fair bit of fat since i started bulking 7 weeks ago.
I think the general guideline for bulking is:
daily cals= 18 * bodyweight

So for me that would workout to be roughly 3000 cals. Am I right?

...and for cutting 12-13cals per # of bw, yeh?
