    help with the benchpress

    I'm a new, NEW weightlifter, but enjoying it so far and am trying to put on size. What is the proper technique for the benchpress? Please be specific, particularly with how low I need to bring the bar. Should it touch my chest? Thanks in advance!

    go to www.exrx.net there is a detailed description and a video for the bench press and its variatins, that should help.
    The only limits are the one's you place on yourself...
