    beer again

    last nite i had aprox 6 bud lights 7 at most... but my question is does anyone know how many calories that came out to be... and if those calories added to my daily calories were below my need will a lot of it still be stored as fat?

    I believe there are 105 calories per Bud Light, so 630 or 735...and I don't think so.

    yea i had a blast.. but i feel slightly guilty this morning but its no big deal.. i just figure it in as a cheat meal

    dont worry yourself when cheating, it does you no good fretting about little things like that, as you said incorporte it once ever week or two weeks, it will help keep you sane.

    There should be jsut enough carbs and fat in 7 Bud Light to make you good and fat..... Every last drop will be stored directly as fat, Budweiser has actually engineered their beer so that none of it gets burned off, instead it goes directly to your gut where it is turned into fat.

    Just kiddin, actually, I wouldn't worry a whole lot if I was you. Every now and then I go on a party night. The first beer always tastes like another, and that one tastes like yet another ;-) Its all good though, as long as you're normally strict, just put that down to a good 'ol cheat meal, and pick up where ya left off today!

    That's why I stick to Canadian beer! It gets converted to muscle immediately. Mmmmmmmmmmmmmm beer:alcoholic
