    Vitamin H - Biotin

Any one know anything about this? I've heard that it is good to take to speed up your metabolic rate, thus good for fat loss.

Anyone heard of it? Or know anything about it?

    Please Advise.

    Thanks

    I love vitamins.......get a good multi, additional C, E, B complex
And if you take high dosages of ALA, I'd take some extra biotin as well

It should be included in most muti vitamin tablets.

    especially B-vitamin complex tablets.

If you are short of biotin, your likely to be low in other b-vitamins.

as most sources of b-vitamins contain other b-vitamins.
