I am complete beginner in this area. My current plan is to spend 1 hr, 2-3 times a week on a whole body routine.

I have a couple of dumbells (10s and 20s) and a EZ curl bar (40 lbs). I am planning to buy a bench and need advice on what features I should be looking for in one. Please feel free to recommend any other equipment I must have.
