I posted this over on the HST site but wanted to hear from my bros here too.
"Ok here's my case.
I'm half way through a HST cycle and my workouts are running on Sundays, Wednesdays, and Fridays.
On Tuesday at college I have gym class where sometimes I'm forced to workout.
My chest happens to be one of my lagging bodyparts, so on tuesday would it be beneficial to just work chest during that class?
It just so happens I'll be tested for marks during the class for strength on their machine Seated Chest Press, and push-ups. So if I do implement some chest work I guess I should practice those 2 exercise, right?
Sorta a lot of questions I asked there so to summarize, can a 4th day of just chest work be beneficial to bring it up to par? and how many sets? I was thinking along the lines of 2 sets of Chest Press, 1 set of push-ups, not taken to total failure but close to.
