    Is it best to eay different types of Proteins....

    For breakfast, I had.


    1. 3 eggs, 2 whites in olive oil.
    2. Grilled lean steak
    3. Turkey sandwich on stonewheat bread with lettuce and tomato.



    I know this isn't the typical breakfast but you think I can gain more by switching up every now and then.
