Well this sucks, last year I was 185lbs at about 15%bf, then the injury, lost most of it. So this summer I did a bunch of cardio and light lifting that wouldn't hurt myself and lost weight down to like 160-165. By the end of the summer- the first pic- I was probably under 160 at 5'10. Now I'm bulking again, and the second pics are from the first day of bulking, about a week ago. I will post any more pics I take during and after bulking later.

I hope this works, cuz I have no idea what I'm doin...
