    Lifting Journal

    The purpose of this journal is for me to keep track of my lifting progress. It will also keep me motivated and hopefully stop me from skipping lifts. I play hs soccer, varsity wreslting, and baseball for a couple teams.



    My stats as of 10/13:
    height: 5'10
    weight:152
    mile:5:39
    BB Flat bench: 135x4
    Squat: 165x6
    DL: 155x8
