    High cals, low fat, high protein???

    Whats something good to eat with real high cals and protein, but low fat? Cottage cheese has high cals, but it also has pretty high fat. Everything I can find with low fat/high protein has real low cals.

    If you want high protein, low fat, lots of cals...eat more of the thing that gives you protein.

    I'm not too worried about the fat, but I am trying to lose fat while adding a little muscle. Protein is my number one concern, and keeping my cals up.
