    Arm Day.

I've been training arms on a specic day. Doing 6-7 bicep sets. 5 tricep sets. And 4 forearm sets.

Has anyone tried a similar approach, were the results good.

    Chris Mason, any comments???

Why would you do more sets for biceps than triceps?

well the fact you're doing that many sets isn't really that bad, but why're you doing more bicep than tricep sets?

Agreed here ... triceps make up 2/3 of your upper arm ... treat them as such.

i work arms on a day by themselves and have had good results.

i do 12 sets for bis, 12 sets for tris and a few miscellaneous stuff for forearms

most of the bis and tris are supersets.
