Yes, you need to take the PSAT.

See if you can get in on stand-by testing.

Yes, it's only a practice, but practice makes perfect, ya know? I took the PSAT when I was a sophomore and it helped me prepare for the real deal. Take it.

Sign up to take the ACT and SAT as soon as possible also. Once you get the results, if you aren't satisfied with your outcome, sign up again. You can take them as many times as you want.

Hmm, the might let you take the test. Getting your results might prove to be problematic, however. Sorry, I really don't know how that whole system goes.

Take it. It qualifies you for the National Merit Scholarship.

    they are important i guess
but i mean you dont HAVE to take them
the only reason i took them was because my mom made me
if you dont get the chance to take them, take SATS cause the colleges do need those
    they dont need psats
they are just to get you ready for sats
    and then the merit thing
but i knew i would never get that thing
    so yea!
if you dont take them.. it wont kill your college thing
    just the merit thing

what the hell are "psats" and "sats"???????????????
To get good at most things takes 2-4 years i.e BodyBuilding, Martial Arts, Musical Instrements ect.
To Master it, takes a life time - Buff Stuff

The answer to every query is, of course, "squats". - drew

Aptitude tests most colleges require for admission (at least in the case of the SAT).
