So I made a little pact with these crazy folks about posting my diet. Good thing I've been doing that and the other slackers haven't been.
Forgot to post my diet for Friday. I don't remember what it was. Look at Thursday and you have a damned good idea. During the week it doesn't vary much because I take my lunch to worka and it doesn't vary that much. Just take off the last meal because I was out seeing movie the Hulk (which is good btw, go see it).
1) preworkout shake
2) post workout shake
3) ham (the real stuff not deli) on WW, 40g protein shake
4) 60g protein shake, 10 FOC
5) big ole salad (too much salad dressing), steak, salmon, brocolli
6) 60g protein shake, 10 FOC
So, went to Asheboro, NC to see another bodybuilding show. I'm so cool. Got to see Gunther. What a massive beast of a man! I've seen Cutler and Levrone too and they just don't compare to this guy. Tall and completely massive! He looked great even at 330-340 something pounds. FREAK!! It was great to see carolinagirl and Franji fawn all over him. One of them grabbed his ass while I was taking their picture of them together.
As far as the show, this was one of the absolute best shows I've been too. Lots of great physiques. Simply amazing quality of competition there. The posedown for overall was simple incredible. Some seriously inspiring muscle up there. The heavyweight was my favorite. The dude just had this onstage persona that was just amazing. Great composure and everything. Great sportsmanship too.
At any rate, I can't believe how big those guys look for those weightclasses. Its all about creating the illusion of being big but its still really intmidating. I guess I'll just suck it up and do it.
That is cool HY - thanks for the flowing update. I'm hearing that the O belongs to either Coleman again, or Cutler, or Gunter... We will have to wait and see, but Gunter seems to be getting one hella buz right now.

1) 40g protein shake
2) roast beef sandwich on WW
3) natty pb sandwich on WW
4) 10oz chicken breast, .5 cup brown rice
Way too low on carbs but it might have had something to do with the fact tha I didn't wake up until after noon. Lots of sleep and I went to bed a little bit earlier than normal. At any rate, I need to keep it posted to keep me honest so that's it. Today should be really good. I hope.

198lbs. And that's with pants instead of shorts on, so I might be just a bit less. Probably from lack of food yesterday. Chest day today wasn't too bad. I'm starting to notice a bit of decrease in strength. I wouldn't have thought too much but its there.

Damn, I feel weak considering a couple weeks ago I was doing 255 for 6 reps without any trouble.

Nice chest day overall I think. I could have been happier but it turned out not to be too bad. Its good to have a reliable spotter for some things, and cphafner helped me get a few more reps out on somethings.
Now I just got to eat good today, get a muay thai workout in and get some sleep. That seems to be where my big weakness is at the moment is my sleep. 4-5 hours just won't cut it.
