I've been feeling lousy today. Sinuses or something are killing me. Diet suffered a little today because of it.
Preworkout: cup of yogurt and protein shake
Postworkout: sweettarts, another protein shake and weightgainer shake
Meal 1: super chopburger, a big hoggie
Meal 2: 2 turkey sandwiches on whole wheat, Nutrageous candybar
Meal 3: chicken breast with sweetpotato
Meal 4: an apple, hehe, with a protein bar
Meal 5: 3 eggs, 2 pieces of WW toast, bowl of oatmeal
Meal 6: weightgainer shake before bed and a banana
I still don't think this is enough but I'm working on it.
