Ok i was reading through a bunch ofthese and I was inspired to start a journal so here it goes. Today was my pulling day.

Speed work for deads. I normally pull sumo but I pulled conventional today for speed.
135x2 and 225 x2 for warm up
I then worked in some of those sumo style rows I saw that heavy bomber was doing
finished off w/ 2 sets of pull up to failure 12 the first time and 7 the second. I normally can do more pullups but was cooked after this workout. Wednesday I will post my chest and shoulder work out.
