Here's a few quad shots after 1 month of bulking. I'm at 192 lbs.

Front quads (not a great angle).....

I tan only once a week, but you got to remember I live in South Carolina and it is HOT here. Plus, I was on the Lake almost every weekend during the spring and summer and still have some tan left from that. I have an olive complexion anyway so stay fairly dark year round I guess.

Yates, very true. I have worked my legs once a week regularly but...1) either they are slower to grow than my upper body or 2) I didn't give the effort I should have (didn't lift heavy enough).

I have started trying to work my legs heavier and with more reps and they are growing now. Hopefully I can add more to them in the next 3 months so they don't look too bad after I cut.

Looking good man, only main weak point I see is hams.

Oh yeah, you look like Henry Rollins in the last picture.

I think that overall you are looking good as Yates stated legs are alittle behind the upper body, but you said your fixing that.

BCC brought up a good point the hams need to be hit hard compared to the rest of ya.

I think that you are doing a awesome job.

Thanks GG, Mik and Rock. I usually work my hamstrings pretty hard and recently started doing SLDL's as well. Used to focus more on leg curls and single-leg curls. My legs have gotten better the last 2 months. Yet, they need to be even better

I love taking pictures. It shows me just how unsatisfied I still am with my progress.

Bennet, great physique man. I know it's a never ending process of evolution, and there's always something you want to improve upon, but you should just take a step back and be proud of what you've accomplished so far. Great results man, keep it up.
