    foot issues

    Looking for some advice.

    I have been dealing with plantar fasciitis for a few months now. I've had shots in it. Done lots of soft tissue work, stretches, and strengthening things.any one else deal with this and got by it and rehabbed.
    Best raw meet lifts
    Squat:765 with wraps. / 700 raw with out wraps
    Bench: 525
    Deadlift: 755
    Total: Raw with wraps: 2000. with out wraps: 1925

    Best lifts Equipped
    1050, 840, 715. Total: 2605

    Have you looked at getting custom shoe insoles made? I have not personally had the issue, but a friend of mine purchased a pair and said that they made a big difference for him.

    Its a pain in the ass having hurt feet.

    Welcome to my world for the past 6 years... My right foot especially has an issue that two podiatrists have not been able to diagnose. Nutshell, if I walk on it for more than a few minutes it begins to cramp and be excruciatingly painful.

    I purchased a pair of those things that flex your foot back while you sleep. Wore them for 6 months. Helped a ton, don't have heel pain every time I stand up or wake up in the morning anymore. Now I just have cramped calves when I wake up, tempted to start wearing them again see if it can help with that too. That was a good two years ago I believe. I had problems for a long time and it was the only thing that helped.

    I have a boot that seems to help. Did you have one? Or did you buy something?

    It is painful. Do you use orthotics?

    The ones I have are like this I believe. Has the side things you adjust to pull the top of the foot up towards you. I had to start out with small amount of pressure at first. I can't say for certain this fixed it but I was wearing them when it started to go away. Might have been the relief I needed in order to heal.

    Interesting... I have not previously heard of this solution but may recommend it to a couple of people who I know with foot issues.
