    ok got 6 months untill my next fights

    i have a thread in member pics called recent pics check that for my bf my goal is to get as big as i can in 4 months then train hard for 2 months before fights in march total of 6 months

    its cheesecake pizzza brownies and cacke and boston cream pies

    that will all end as soon as i get a good diet to bulk(and get this out of my system

    well, without getting specific yet, if ya wanna grow you ought to eat more cals than what you need to maintain

    laying off the junk and eating clean wouldn't hurt; ditto on giving up beer if you can hack that

    eating 5-6 times a day would be a good idea

    lots of meat and veggies; yams are good for you; avoid empty carbs like bread and pasta if you can
