    Help for contest prep !!!

    Hi @ All,

sorry that I was not here for a long time !!!

    I have a question!

My first contest is at Nov, 3th .....my second contest is at Nov, 9th.......and if I´m good enough(I hope so) I start at the Nationals at Nov, 16th!!

My diet is ketogenic.....and Im 100% natural

The last weekend I noticed that I´m too fat....I think I have to lose about 5 to 8 pounds to be in topshape. I don´t know it exactly....it´s my goal to get as ripped as possible.....I know its a lot, because I have less time.....but I also know that I can reach this!!
The last 8 weeks I was on 1800 calories.....since Monday I eat 1300 calories...most is protein, which works well for me!!!

Are 1300 calories too less ? I don´t want to lose muscles

I train heavy duty style......three times a week about half an hour.....my aerobis are five times a week for 30 minutes. And I do a lot of posing too to get hard (its very intense aerobics!)!!

What else can I do to lose the rest of my fat??What about IV-Training? What are your opinions ???

I hope you can help me !!!

    Thorus

1300 is entirely too low...you are guaranteed to lose muscle

keep the calories at 1800 and just add or increase cardio...and yes, we already know you are natural.

    1300 is definately too low.

    What are you weighing currently?

Thorus - good job. Awesome definition.

What kind of diet did you do?

Also what were your stats at showtime?
"In the grand scheme of things, both things are quite superficial(obsessed with being muscular&ripped and incredibly strong). And yet lifting can teach you so much. My time at the gym--at least when I'm lifting--is invariably the high-point of my day. There aren't any questions; I almost don't even think. I go into an almost meditative trance-like state. Day-to-day worries become insignificant. I'm focused solely on the weight, and my reason for existence is clear. To move the bar and to improve on what I accomplished last time. Seldom are things so simple." - Blood&Iron

"Most people cannot understand what burns in our blood, the gym is our addiction and iron is our drug. People don't understand why we commit hours a day to a goal where progress is so small it seems immeasurable, why we do cardio instead of watch TV, why eat 6 meals a day, why we insist on ordering diet soda or how we can drink skim milk. Most people will simply never grasp why we refuse to settle for a mediocre body." - Severed Ties

Thorus, i've seen all your pics here and you look great. Could u give a more detailed description of your diet (meals eaten, etc), especially the last few weeks before the show. Also, what did your diet look like when it was almost all protein, and how long did u follow this plan for? Are you still on the anabolic diet? Thanx.

    Hi everybody,

I´m back! Tomorrow I will tell it a little bit more exactily how my diet looked like, but I can say that I did the anabolic diet. Six days a week less than 30g of carbs, 240g protein and 100g fats. And one carbing-up day, where I ate a lot of good things ;-)
