    Small wrists/forearms

You guys got any tips on how to get some meat on my wrists/forearms? I measure 7.5" inches about two inches above the wrist and 11" inches at the forearm.

Wrist you can't do much about.

Forearm as a whole, hammer curls and reverse curls.

The first person that mentions wrist curls is getting beaten.

The best exercise for the forearms are wrist curls behind the back with a barbell.

small wrists are actually a GOOD thing because they will make your forearms look bigger as they grow

I don't work forearms specifically but mine blew up quite a bit when I started doing heavy deads... I also still do some static hangs for grip strength which will also help

Try wide bar (2-3inch) static holds.
Load it up with 150lbs, pick it up like your going to do a set of deadlifts (with overhand grips), and just hold it till you can't hold it anymore.

Your hands, wrists and forearms will scream.

I don't have a wide grip bar so I slip a 2" pvc pipe over the grip section of a standard bar. It works great! I also use this bar for bb curls which adds a lot to the exercise.

I agree with what others have said. I have very small wrists (around 6 1/4inches) but deadlifts (no straps) definitely added to my forearm size. Also as Johnny pointed out wrist rollers are a great forearm movement.

I'm not the first person, so I guess I avoid the beating. I like doing hammer curls AND wrist curls. They each target very different parts of the forearms. My wrists are barely over 6", so I wouldn't say 7.5" is all that small.

    Captains of Crush

gained almost an inch the past 1 month.

also, for static holds, I use dumbells.. what is better, less weight but for 10+ seconds or more weight but for 3-4 seconds?

For big forearms, you might jsut have to do what I did, bale hay (not straw, hay weighs twice as much) for a whole summer. Most farmers will be happy to have you help, and most will even pay you pretty well. Gives you some serious mass and strength in your arms and shoulders. I also sugest for forearms, taking some weights tieing them to a rope and then to a round pole, have the pole be horizontal to the ground, and winding the rope up on the pole (this lifting the weight little by litte) if your arms don't burn like mad after that, your not meant ot have big forearms. Good Luck (and jsut email me or something if you want a clearer description of the contraption i was talking about in the end)
Second place is just a generic term your mom created to make you not feel bad about losing, because second place is actually first loser!
