What do you guys think of these?
Good for the lats / serratus?
From what I understand serratus development is important for proper lat spreads and pec development.
I think a good pullover machine is really the best way to do 'em
since you get constant tension throughout the motion as opposed to using a dumbbell
from a Physiology standpoint it's probably one of the best excercises for the lats. I like em'

Well you need a nautilus machine.
