    Give me a good routine to do...

    Something good to start out with.
    Age: 20 something
    Weight: 19695 (220 is the goal)
    Bodyfat: 18-19 percent
    How much do I bench? 180, once

    If you've never done much serious lifting before, deffinately start with WBB 1.
    Squat - 505
    Bench - 325
    Deadlift - 550
    Total - 1380@175

    Or you could do a routine based on percentages. I'm going to do that as soon as I can collect my thoughts past "I wanna do that."
