Need some opinions
I am just getting back into bodybuilding after 17 yrs out of it.Iam in my early 40s.Back then it was common to train each body part 2 times,sometimes 3 times in a 7 day period.I always felt like I was over training the hell out of myself.I would like any and all opinions to get size and shape.Why has a good routine to not overtrain and gain max size. thanks
Can't go wrong with WBB #1. Solid routine that will produce good results.
