i have been sticking to dumbell and barbell bench presses inclin flat and decline. Well i decide to change up my routine and do hammer strenth machine on chest. Wide declin inlcine and closed I was able to do alot more weight. Really stressed the targeted muscles actually had one of my best chest days ever with the bigest pump i ever had. Gonna do it for about maybe 2 more weeks then jump back to regular. just wanted to say it felt good to change and hammer strength machine really help with targeting areas.
