    Cardio AND Weights

    Is it bad to do weight training right after doing thirty minutes of cardio work? Should I do them on seperate days?

    Yes. If anything, do the cardio after weight training not before. If you can do it after, that's fine.. but you might want to do it on a seperate day.

    If I do cardio and weights on same day, I do weights first then carido last. I want to have as much energy as possible when I lift and cardio will use it up.
