As in Accitpers journal, today was my first day doing it with chest and shoulders and I would bench 135x5 and then I would do 125 and only get 5 and couldn't get the 6th rep up, this is how it was for almost every exercise! Check out my journal to see it:

Will I start to get more endurance with this type of training over time? Do I need to drop more weight afer my first set? Im used to progressing on weight each set.
