if u got vanilla or strawberry whey, add bout 30-40g of whey in with ya yoghurt (all being that its the same flavour), stur it well, chuck it in the freezer.. an hour later get a spoon out and eat it.. tastes just like gelati

u get around 40-50g protein, 12g carbs and 1.5g fat per 200g of yoghurt..
