I had a little break out nmy chest so that's what those marks are. This is a 12 week span of a qucik bulk and a quick cut.
pic.1: 165lbs bf 13%
pic.2: 170lbs bf 11% (Might have been a week from 170 but close)
pic.3: 163lbs bf 7.8- 8%(pic was taken pretty far away, does me no justice)

First of all, congrats on the transformation.
I hate to do this, but someone has to. I'm more than doubtful of your bodyfat measurements in all of your pictures. 7-8% in picture 3? You don't have any striations anywhere, no abs, no leg definition, and you can barely make out that vein running down your arm over the biceps and that's with a pump and flex. Your first two pictures are definitely not 13% and 11%. You'd be more realistic adding 5% to get close to your true values for those pictures. As for the last one, I just don't see it being under 10%. If you're coming in at under 10% you'd have better definition and your abs would show.
Again, I re-iterate that your progress is impressive. However, try to refrain from throwing around bogus bodyfat percentages because it only serves to discredit you.
I'd rather see inaccurate BF% numbers than smugly self-assured criticism of others.

I got my 16 weeks before and afters coming shortly too
AS far as my body fat i'm not too sure but it's close to that the picture sux, but I do have a lot of vein on me you just can't see them there because of the lighting and the picture was taken far and I had to crop and zoom. I wish I could retake those pictures and look at them before I develope them. I'm not an ace photographer so you can really see much specifics in my body.

Saying a job well done would be quite an understatement. I can tell, as I am sure everyone else can, that you have A LOT of determination and know how to hit it. If you don't mind me asking, what do you do for Lats?

Thanks everyone. I worked really hard. Just to make sure I got my BF tested at the GYM today by a trainer I was just under 9%. After a weekend of beer, pizza, Red Lobster and candy.
Well, my cut consisted of a lot of chicken and tuna and the last two weeks no carbs except for oats in the morning.
My bulk was fun a lot of steak and potatoes; and a few Jumbo Jacks a week. Also a lot of a heavy lifting.
I supplemented with glutamine (Cytovol), Creatine (Phosphagen HP) and MRP (Myoplex)
I outlined most of this in my journal.
BCC: I'm working on the legs trust me I guess they are coming a long slowly but I start bulking this weeks again and I will hit them heavy. I've grown 2.5" on my Quads this last 6 weeks. My arms grew 2.5" as well (17")
Love2: My lats are outlined in my journal mostly DB Rolls, Pull ups, Lat pull down and sort.
Thank for the encouraging words they mean a lot. I plan to focus on my chest back and legs this bulk.
You have done some awesome work, i've read in your journal about the back thing so i'm not sure as to how dynamic you can get with your leg work, but heavy squatting and SLDL can do wonders for your wheels.
