    and thats why i also included about 5 or 6 links to other sites for those who wanted more info and other opinions etc.

    and if you know of any other resources that are better than what i have posted...why dont you post some stuff! i wouldnt mind seeing some other resources for myself. You can never have too much information.

    The program you just described is Dan Duchaine's "Body Opus".


    I tried it out a few years ago. I really works when you get it right, but it's ****in' hard to get it right every week. It's really rough on your body.
